Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using SwasthPath.
1. About SwasthPath
SwasthPath (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates swasthpath.com, a digital healthcare platform based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, connecting patients with independent doctors, home nurses, mental health professionals, physiotherapists, ambulance services, blood banks, and pharmacies. SwasthPath is an MSME-registered business incubated by iStart Rajasthan. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Our Role
SwasthPath is a booking and discovery platform. We are not a hospital, clinic, or medical practice, and we do not employ the doctors, nurses, or other healthcare providers listed on the platform. Each provider is independently responsible for the quality, accuracy, and legality of the care and advice they give. SwasthPath does not practice medicine and does not guarantee any diagnosis, treatment, or outcome.
3. Free for Patients
Using SwasthPath to search for and book appointments with doctors, nurses, mental health professionals, physiotherapists, ambulances, blood banks, or pharmacies is free for patients. We generate revenue through subscription fees charged to healthcare providers and through commissions on completed bookings, not through fees charged to patients for using the platform.
4. Provider Accounts
Doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, mental health professionals, and other providers who list their services on SwasthPath must provide accurate credentials and information, and are responsible for keeping their profile, availability, and pricing up to date. SwasthPath reserves the right to verify, suspend, or remove any provider account that we believe violates these terms or applicable law.
5. Medical Emergencies
SwasthPath is not an emergency response service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Ambulance bookings made through SwasthPath depend on the availability of the connected provider and are not a substitute for dialing emergency services in a life-threatening situation.
6. Your Data & Privacy
We collect and process personal and health-related information in order to connect you with providers and facilitate bookings. We handle this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). We do not sell your personal health information to third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwasthPath is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the advice, treatment, conduct, or availability of any doctor, nurse, mental health professional, physiotherapist, ambulance operator, blood bank, or pharmacy listed on the platform. Our platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time as SwasthPath grows and our services evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of SwasthPath will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
